Due to their nature, customized orders will involve several steps and are not started until your order is placed - personalizing your file and checking the file for errors, beginning production, checking for quality control, packing/shipping your order, and finally carrier time to deliver.

Note that all times are in business days as we do not work during weekends and holidays. Also note that delivery times may be extended during peak shipping, weather and holiday seasons, so please order early enough to meet your needs.

Estimated shipping and delivery times:
USA 48 Contiguous: 5-20 business days
USA Other: 8-25 business days
Canada: 8-25 business days
Everywhere Else: 15 - 30 business days

Orders are sent out, on average, within 3 - 5 days of ordering. Custom orders may take slightly longer, especially during peak or holiday seasons.

Multiple different items may result in multiple tracking codes and arrival times due to different print partners on some items. Our goal is always that you get your order quickly and safely with excellent satisfaction.

International Shipping: 
International shipments may incur customs fees. The customs policy is different in each country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
We are not ever responsible for customs fees. Items returned for non-payment of customs fees will not be eligible for full refund and must be within 30 days of purchase.

Returns & Refunds

As a small USA woman and family run business, we know customer care and reputation is everything. Your satisfaction is our priority and we want to make sure you get what you ordered. Unfortunately, sometimes things go wrong. If it is our fault, we will make it right. 

Non-customized items:
Our policy lasts 30 days for non-customized items. If for some reason your item does not meet your expectations, it can be returned in the original, unused condition in its original packaging. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Customized Items:
Customized items are made exclusively for you at your request. We are unable to refund your items but will exchange for the same size/item/design if the defect or error is ours. If we have made a mistake in your design or your product was damaged in shipment, please contact us within one week of receipt with images showing defect/damage and package at support@customality.com so we can get this corrected for you right away.

Wrong Size:
If the size you received does not meet your expectations, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size in the sizing chart and on your order. Rarely, but occasionally, a garment is mislabeled. Contact us right away and we will get it sorted.
