Shipping Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority! While many times your order will arrive quicker than posted, please be patient, especially with personalized items. Due to their nature, customized orders will involve several steps and are not started until your order is placed - personalizing your file and checking the file for errors, beginning production, checking for quality control, packing/shipping your order, and finally carrier time to deliver.

Note that all times are in business days as we do not work during weekends and holidays. Also note that delivery times may be extended during peak shipping, weather and holiday seasons, so please order early enough to meet your needs.

Estimated shipping and delivery times:
USA 48 Contiguous: 5-20 business days
USA Other: 8-25 business days
Canada: 8-25 business days
Everywhere Else: 15 - 30 business days

Orders are sent out, on average, within 3 - 5 days of ordering. Custom orders may take slightly longer, especially during peak or holiday seasons.

Multiple different items may result in multiple tracking codes and arrival times due to different print partners on some items. Our goal is always that you get your order quickly and safely with excellent satisfaction.

International Shipping:
International shipments may incur customs fees. The customs policy is different in each country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
We are not ever responsible for customs fees. Items returned for non-payment of customs fees will not be eligible for full refund and must be within 30 days of purchase.

Order Never Arrived:
If you never received your order, after waiting the expected number of handling and shipping days, please let us know!

First, check your shipping confirmation email to ensure you gave us the correct address. If the address is incorrect, we will be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will be at your expense.

If the shipping address is correct, contact us at support@customality.com with your order number and we will research to see where your package may be.
